REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! Because all of our products are custom-printed on demand specifically for you at the time of your purchase, we do not accept standard returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. 

Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your apparel! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a severe print misplacement, please contact our support team at beyondthemileshelp@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. 

To expedite a replacement or refund, please include:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear photos of the affected item showing the damage or misprint.
3. A photo of the shipping label on the package.

If a replacement is approved, we will cover the cost of printing and shipping a brand-new item directly to you. Do not mail any items back to us or to the printing facility unless explicitly instructed by our support team.
Shipping delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS,FedEx, etc.) are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.
